Got the Fit serviced yesterday after a weekend of Crossin’ Some Auto. Oil was changed, tires were rotated, and the transmission had to be flushed. Fluid was black & opaque.
Don’t worry, the pic above is just condensation from the A/C.
I probably won’t Cross Auto in this one again, unfortunately. MR2 only for those kind of shenanigans from now on.

That Fit still has an intact powertrain warranty, right? Use it! Besides, you never know when you need to be evasive/aggressive behind the wheel of your daily Fit!

CVT’s don’t like racing because racing was mean to them :p
They were banned about 25 years ago, so the CVT’s started acting up

I don’t think warranties apply when you drive like a total shithead. Not calling MR2 a shithead, but essentially a warranty was not made for unusual wear and tear if you know what I mean.

I disagree, CVTs rule the roost in Autocross, every successful A-Mod of the last couple decades run Sled engines with CVTs.

Yeah I know, I was just trying to be funny :p
But
yeah, CVT’s are the best for racing because they’re always in the right gear
